DME 직접합성용 Cu-Zn-Al 계 혼성촉매의 제조 및 반응특성에 관한 연구
A study on the preparation method and reactivity of Cu-Zn based hybrid catalysts for the dimethyl ether (DME) direct synthesis
In the view of the environmental protection, a great attention has been paid to applications of Dimethyl ether as a fuel additive for vehicles and household uses. DME has been obtained directly from syngas, Typically, the hybrid catalysts for DME synthesis were composed of methanol dehydration catalyst and methanol synthesis catalyst, which were made by a physical mixing in varius combinations. In this study, hybrid catalysts were made by physical mixing and co-precipitation method. And the direct synthesis of DME over hybrid catalysts was performed in the temperature range of 260-290℃, the pressure range of 30-70 atm and [H2]/[CO] ratio range of 0.5-2.0. A series of hybrid catalysts were characterized by BET surfacr area and XRD analysis.
