연료비 내 메탄 함량 변화에 따른 혼성 공정의 수율 향상 연구
A study on enhancement of yield of hybrid methane steam reforming process as a methane ratio of feed
Pre-combustion decarbonisation technology, the object of this research, is aimed at using the hydrogen as clean fuel, which is created by gasifying the heavy hydrocarbon resources (coal, heavy oil, oil sand, oil shell, etc), whic generates synthetic gas out of which carbon dioxide is separated and the hydrogen is used as fuel. Hybrid reaction was executed to be simultaneous whth methane steam reaction using catalyst based Ni/Ca/Al2O3 and removal of carbon dioxide using dry sorbent based on CaO/Al2O3/Activated carbon. 750℃ was determined for the carbonation reaction and 95℃ for the calcination reaction using thermogravimetric analysis. The change of ratio of sorbent/catalyst, comostion of methane in the fuel and GHSV (Gas Hourly Space Velocity) were selected for the variables to determine the optimum condition of hybrid reaction. AS the result, maximum average value, above 91 vol%, of hydrogen composition in the output flow could be acquired as the case of GHSV=3000 hr-1 and sorbent/catalyst=10 during the 10 cycles.
