A catalytic support having a perfect fractal structure is presented. In the case of a first order reaction, simulations show that a new diffusional regime appears. Its advantages are explained by considering the poisoning of catalyst sites. Deactivation goes through a minimum for particular reaction conditions and catalyst design parameters.
