Characterization of Pyrolysis reaction of blend materials with Biomass and Organic Waste
Pyrolysis reaction of blend materials with Biomass and Organic Waste was carried out in batch reactor built in our lab. Raw material from rice husk, sawmill of cypress and additives was used(ie styrene and paper waste). The range of pyrolysis temperature were from 600 to 900℃ in N2 atmosphere Gas. Based on the experimental data, a first order kinetic model was introduced and the relevant kinetic parameters(apparent active energy and apparent frequency factor) were determined for the rice husk and sawmill: E = 19.47 kJ/mol, A = 0.09935 sec-1(rice husk) and E = 18.45 kJ/mol, A = 0.10546 sec-1(sawmill). When the blend material was mixed in raw biomass, the activation energy decreased. The predicted conversion of the fitted model to the experimental data provided general agreement.
