그라비아 롤 코팅 공정을 이용한 PET 기판위에 코팅된 ITO 박막필름의 특성에 관한 연구
The study on Property of ITO Thin Film Coated on PET Substrate by Gravure Roll Coating Process
Indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate with PVAc-co-acrylic latex by a gravure roll coating process. ITO particles of 30-50 nm were produced by a SAS method in supercritical CO2. The electrical and optical properties of ITO thin films were investigated using a four-point probe and a UV-vis spectrophotometer. The resistivities of coated films were about 103-104 Ωㆍcm and visible transmittances were over 85 %.
