Metal Jetting을 위한 수용성 은 나노 입자 합성법
Synthesis of Hydrophilic Silver Nanoparticles for Metal Jetting
Ag nanoparticles synthesis method suffers from low concentratiion and the limitation particle size s issues. We report an inexpensive, and reproducible method in highly concentrated water phase (>0.1M). Ag nanoparticles were prepared by TA (Tannic acid) reduction in Ag NO3 Agueous Solutions. The addition of surfactant (Tween, Brij) easily reach the desirable particle size & high concentration. We were able to synthesize of as much as 10g of nanoparticles in the 10~20nm size ranges using simple wet process. The particles are stable in dried form and they can be redispersed in Aqueous Solutions. (25~50 wt%) and We printed them on various substrate. (Poly imide, Glass, Wafer, Photo Paper) Printed silver patterns were cured in the temperature range between 100 and 250 ℃ and showed low specific resistance (80 μ Ωㆍcm)
