멜라민 수지를 이용한 고분자 접착비드의 캡슐화에 대한 연구
A study of encapsulation of adhesion-microsphere by melamine resin
Adhesion beads of 30~100μm prepared by suspension polymerization was successfully encapsulated by melamine-formaldenyde resin and identified by optical microscope and DSC. The capsule-type adhesives prepared in the study are consisted of sticky and highly viscose beads as a core and hard wall as a shell and showed white powder state at room temperature. The active coal sheet of porous structure was also made by pressing the mixture of capsule-type adhesives and active coal of 0.5~5.0mm and demonstated as a porous material by SEM picture. The capsule-type adhesives prepared in the current study are convenient in aspects of custody, shifting, and workability and suitable for potential application as a adhesion-binder of porous material.
