Temperature dependence of time-resolved photoluminescence of bound excitons in CuInS2 crystals
Temperature dependence of time-resolved photoluminescence of bound excitons is investigated for CulnS(2) Crystals. Decay curves of the bound excitons at 1.525 and 1.520 eV display a single exponential behavior over the temperatures 10-40 K, while the bound excitons at 1.530 eV decay double exponentially in the temperature range 10-30 K. A thermal release process of the observed bound excitons is discussed in terms of the obtained activation energy. The capture center cross-section for free exciton is also estimated.
