Complex wells require new tools to facilitate data integration. The high costs of drilling in deep water require optimum communications between disciplines. Combining downhole data with seismic interpretations on a "relevant time" basis ensures use of the latest information across disciplines. A system has been developed that integrates real-time data capture and management tools with geoscience interpretation and well-design software.
