분자각인은 기능성 단량체와 과량의 가교제와의 공중합이 이루어진 고분자내에 특이적인 결합 자리를 만드는 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 카페인의 흡착평형식을 구하기 위해 제조된 카페인 각인 고분자를 사용하여 정적방법으로 실험을 하였다. 고정상과 이동상의 평형데이타는 Freundlich, Langmuir, SIPS, Radke-Prausnitz 흡착평형식들에 적용시켰다. 비선형 회귀분석에 의하여 실험변수들을 구하여 흡착평형식들 간의 일치되는 정도를 비교하였다.
The technique of molecular imprinting consists of self-assembly of a functional monomer and a template molecule in solution, followed by co-polymerization of the functional monomer in excess of an appropriate cross-linking monomer. In this work, a static method was experimentally implemented to measure adsorption isotherm of caffeine by the prepared molecular imprinting polymer. The equilibrium data of stationary and mobile phase were correlated to the Freundlich, Langmuir, SIPS and Radke-Prausnitz isotherms, respectively. By a nonlinear regression analysis, the experimental parameters in the equilibrium isotherms were estimated and compared.
