A Hamilton-Jacobi setup for the static output feedback stabilization of nonlinear systems
The (local) static output feedback stabilization problem for a class of nonlinear (affine) systems is discussed A sufficient condition is tablished and a (partial) converse is worked out This condition provides a counterpart to a well-known result of linear systems theory. The eftectiveness of the developed theory is illustrated with a simple example.
