Model based on material balance was employed to demonstrate the steady and dynamic behaviour of continuous distillation process. Effect of parameter and disturbance of step input on steady and hynamic composition of liquid and vapor of binary mixture on ith tray was modelled using numerical method of Runge-Kutta.
