Mesoporous Silica를 이용한 용융탄산염 연료전지용 Ni 촉매 개발
Development of Ni Catalyst for DIR-MCFC Using Mesoporous Silica
Methane steam reforming was performed on the Ni catalyst prepared using mesoporous silica, SBA-15, as a support. The Ni/SBA-15 prepared by incipient wetness impregnation with nickel citrate solution showed th highest activity for steam reforming. On the contrary, the Ni/SBA-15 prepared in the same way with nickel nitrate did low activity. The Ni/SBA-15 from citrate source had strong resistance to the deactivation of 20 wt% Li2CO3 reaction. Nickel crystallite size of the catalyst from citrate source showed stronger interaction between Ni and the support than that from nickel nitrate source.
