CO2를 이용한 Poly(DOMA-AN)의 합성과 PEI와의 상용성 고찰
Synthesis of Poly(DOMA-AN) by Polymer Reaction of Epoxide and Carbon Dioxide and the Miscibility behaviour of Its Blends with PEI
This study is related to the investigation of the chemical fixation of carbon dioxide to copolymer bearing cyclic carbonate group and their application to polymer blends. Poly [GMA(glycidyl methacrylate)-AN(acrylronitrile)] was converted to poly[DOMA[(2-oxo-1,3-dioxolane-4-yl) methyl methacrylate]-AN(acrylronitrile)] by the polymer reaction with carbon dioxide using tetraoctyl ammonium chloride(TOAC) as a catalyst. The miscibility behavior of various poly(DOMA-AN) with PEI blend was studied using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Optical clarity test and DSC analysis showed that poly(DOMA-AN) blends were miscible over the whole composition ranges with PEI.
