플라빈모델 화합물의 반응성에 영향을 미치는 분자인식
Molecular Recognition Affecting in Reactivity of Flavin Model Compound
10-(adenylalkyl)-3-lauryl-8-azaflavin(Ad-AzaFl) bearing adenine in flavin model compound and N-lauryl-1-((thymyl)alkyl)-1,4-dihydronicotinamide(TNAH) were synthesized by stepwise from uracil, and invetigated about effect of adenine. Adenine in CHCl3 solution dose not have influence on reactivity of flavine, but substrate bearing thymine can act as molecular recognition site at a study of reaction rate.
