산화계 및 산화-환원계 바인다를 이용한 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 특성
Photodegadation Properties of Photocatalytic Titanium Dioxide Using Oxidation and Redox System Binder
To prepare binder for photocatalytic titanium dioxide, silylated acrylic resins were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The optimum photocatalytic properties found in this study are ultrasonic treatment and 20 hrs of drying time at tin plate substrate. Photocatalytic properties of titanium dioxide coating solution using redox system binder had superior photocatalytic properties than oxidation system binder. Also photocatalytic properties of titanium dioxide coating solution was increased with decreasing glass transition temperature of silylated acrylic resin.
