A new method of ATP regeneration rate measurement using a pH meter
A new method was developed for measuring the ATP regeneration tate by creatine kinase from creatine phosphate and ADP. The ATP regeneration rate was calculated to be 0.20 mM . s(-1) at room temperature from the pH change of the regeneration mixture.
