Three-phase catalytic reactors
This article aims at presenting both the general aspects and one working example of the so-called three-phase catalytic reactors. Being a contribution at a Seminar on Catalytic Reactors the purpose is essentially didactic in showing the problems met and how a few of them can be investigated and solved. Only trickle bed and slurry reactors are considered the most important, probably, among the class of three-phase reactors.
