폴리페닐렌 옥사이드 막반응기에서 t-Butyl Alcohol 합성
t-Butyl Alcohol Synthesis in a Polyphenylene Oxide Membrane Reactor
초록
고농도의 12-텅스토인산 촉매 수용액을 사용한 회분식반응기와 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드 막반응기에서 t-butyl alcohol 합성반응을 수행하였다. 회분식반응기에서 제조된 촉매 수용액은 isobutene의 수화반응에 우수한 촉매 활성을 보였다. 막반응기는 같은 조건에서 회분식반응기보다 우수한 성능을 보였다. 또한 막반응기에서 바다 공성막인 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드 막을 사용함으로써 반응 종료후 12-텅스토인산의 회수가 가능하였다.
The t-butyl alcohol synthesis was carried out in a batch reactor and a polyphenylene oxide membrane reactor using concentrated aqueous 12-tungstophosphorc acid catalyst. The prepared aqueous catalyst solution n a batch reactor showed a good catalytic activity in the isobutene hydration reaction. The membrane reactor showed the better performance than the batch reactor under the same reaction conditions. In addition to this, the recovery of 12-tungstophosphoric acid was possible at the end of the reacton by using the nonporous polypenylene exide membrane in this membrane reactor.
