Synthesis and characterization of Cs5P[Mo4O14(OH)](2) center dot 2H(2)O: A new molybdophosphate cluster with face-sharing MoO6 octahedra
The new molybdophosphate cluster [P{Mo4O14(OH)}(2)](5-) of the title compound(shown) is made of two molybdate tetramers connected by a phosphate group. Each tetramer is made of two pairs of face-sharing MoO6 octahedra that share edges with each other.
