Raman studies of orientational ordering in a re-entrant nematic mixture 80CB-60CB
We present the results of our investigations of polarized Raman scattering spectra of the 25% mixture of 60CB in 80CB in mesomorphic state, which was studied with the main aim to get deeper insight into specifics of molecular orientational ordering of this substance in various mesophases, Temperature and pressure dependence of , is investigated and compared with the meanfield model.
