Alunite로부터 CaOㆍ2Al2O3의 합성
Synthesis of CaO2Al2O3 from the Alunirw
초록
Alunite를 분해 침출시킴으로서 용출된 Al성분과 석고를 이용하여 공침법에 의해 CaOㆍ2Al2O3를 제조하는 새로운 공정을 조사하였다. 합성된 CaOㆍ2Al2O3 는 공침물인 CaCO3ㆍ4Al(OH)3를 1000℃에서 소성함으로서 얻어지며, 이 공침물 CaCO3ㆍ4Al(OH)3는 pH:7.5의 조성하에서 정량적으로 공침되었다. 얻어진 CaOㆍ2Al2O3 는 고균질도를 유지하였으며 내화도 SK 35의 성능을 나타내었다.
This study was carried out to find a new process for the production of CaOㆍ2Al2O3 from the Al contain-ing solution which was obtained from domestic alunite and gypsum by the co-precipitation method. Synthetic CaOㆍ2Al2O3 could be produced by calcining the co-precipitate CaCO3ㆍ4Al(OH)3 at 1000℃ and he pH for co-precipitation of CaCO3ㆍ4Al(OH)3 was 7.5. Synthetic CaOㆍ2Al2O3 from this study had good homogeneity and refractoriness of this material was SK 35.
