Emission by collisional D-2-He pairs at temperatures from 2 to 20 kK
From the existing ab initio dipole surface of H-2-He collisional complexes we calculate the collision-induced emission spectra of D-2-He pairs for all possible rotovibrational transitions \vJ >-->\v(')J(')>, with v and v(')=0,...,20, for frequencies from 100 to 100 000 cm(-1) and temperatures from 2000 to 20 000 K. The results are compared to the H-2-He spectra calculated previously [D. Hammer, L. Frommhold, and W. Meyer, J. Chem. Phys. 111, 6283 (1999)] and isotope effects are investigated. While the general features of the spectra are similar, for D-2-He the peak of the spectrum is shifted to lower frequencies and the intensities are smaller.
