Simple cycles using carbon dioxide as working fluid from two literature sites (Gohstjejn, 1940 and Dechtjarev, 1962) are calculated with current physical property data and realistic parameters. This is done with the simulation tool IPSEpro(TM) into which accurate property data have to be implemented for this purpose. For two cycles optimum cycle - parameters are found out.
