Photoconductive properties of ClAlPcCl and ClInPe composite thin film prepared by physical vapor deposition approach
A composite thin film of ClAlPcCl and ClLnPe was prepared by physical vapor deposition co-deposition approach. The photoconductivity of the composite film is promising, The W-visible absorption spectra indicate that the maximum absorption of the composite film is shifted compared with a single component, and the spectral responsive range is broadened. X-ray diffraction patterns and Fourier transform infrared patterns suggest that a new crystal phase was formed in the composite film.
