Enhancement of Electrical-Conductivity in Sulfur-Doped C-60 Films
The electrical conductivity of sulfur-doped C-60 films was measured. The results show that the conductivity is enhanced by several orders of magnitude compared with that of pristine C-60 films. At low temperature, the conductivity is dominated by sulfur impurity, while it is independent of temperature and metallic in character at high temperature.
