Thermal decomposition kinetics of M (mnt) (5-NO2-phen) (M = Co-II, Cu-II, Zn-II) complexes
Studies of the non-isothermal decomposition of M (mnt) (5-NO2-phen) (M=Co-II, Cu-II, Zn-II) were carried out by thermogavimetry. The thermal decomposition mechanisms and associated kinetics have been investigated. The kinetic parameters were obtained from an analysis of the TG-DTG curves by integral and differential methods. The most probable kinetic model functions were suggested by comparison of the kinetic parameters. Mathematical expressions for the kinetic compensation effect were derived.
