Applications of Scanning Microcalorimetry in Biophysics and Biochemistry
Scanning calorimetry is a very powerful and convenient technique for studying temperature-induced conformational transitions in biological systems. The present paper reviews recent applications of the microcalorimetry method in biochemistry and biophysics.
