PREDICTIVE MODEL FOR VISCOUS FINGERING IN COMPOSITIONAL WAG FLOODS
We present a predictive model, with no adjustable parameters, for viscous fingering in compositional water-alternating-gas (WAG) floods. The model is used to generate pseudofunctions for use in a conventional compositional simulator. The model is applied successfully to three test cases, including one in a simple, heterogeneous reservoir.
