In the work presented here the influence of powerful electron beam irradiation on the process of high-temperature mass transfer in solids has been studied. A comparative analysis of diffusion coefficients in a number of chemical systems with ionic chemical bonding is given. For the systems studied the diffusion reaction constants for radiation conditions were found to be three to ten times higher than those found for thermal experiments.
