The differences in the electrical behaviour of vanadyl phosphate and some of its intercalation compounds at different temperatures are analyzed by means the equivalent circuit method. The changes in the equivalent circuit are related to structural differences in these layered phosphates as well as to changes with temperature and with the water content.
