The relaxation of potentiometric sensor structures with a hydrogen-sensible electrode either after step increasing of the hydrogen concentration or by an impedance spectroscopy method is measured. The mechanism of the processes is suggested on the basis of an analysis of impedance and chemical relaxation curves.
