Alkali Ion Conduction in the Substituted Phase Based on the Scheelite-Type Oxide
The ionic conductivity of substituted CaWO4 phase was investigated by electrochemical methods. Substitution by lithium as Ca1-xLi2xWO4 to increase the concentration of interstitial ions enhanced the ionic conductivity. The charge carrier in that phase was lithium ion. The movement of lithium ion was visualized by neutron radiography.
