XAFS Study on Debye-Waller Factor in Tetrahedrally Coordinated Binary Crystals

The Debye-Waller factor of tetrahedrally coordinated binary crystals such as AgI, CuCl, CuBr, CdSe, CdS, and ZnO is studied by the EXAFS spectroscopy and shows a sharp divergent-like curve with increasing Phillips’ ionicity.
