Robust-Control of the Benchmark Problem Using H-Infinity Methods and Numerical Optimization Techniques
In this paper, robust controllers for the benchmark problem are designed using H(infinity) loop-shaping techniques. Explicit closed-loop performance is obtained by designing the weighting function parameters using numerical optimization techniques in the form of the method of inequalities. Performance is improved by including an adaptive gain scheme.
