Kinetics of low temperature conversion of carbon monoxide at the range of parameters of commercial reactors has been investigated. Commercial catalyst TMC-3/1 produced by the Nitrogen Works in Tarnow was used for reaction rate measurements carried out in the tank reactor with stirrer. Following empirical equation of the process＇ kinetics have been derived: r(CO) = k . CO . CO2-0.3. H-2(-0.9). H2O0.6.(1 -beta). This equation can be applied to reactor designing and performance analysis.
