Although, theoretically, every thermoplastic with a suitable viscosity should be processable by rotational molding, commercial scale rotomolding of many such materials has not been possible. The authors present the results of mechanical property tests and sintering experiments in order to compare the characteristics of a variety of resins that ave candidates for this emerging market.
