Kinetic laws governing the conversion of isopropylbenzene on an iron-chromium-potassium catalyst
In a gradientless reactor a study has been made of the kinetics of dehydrogenation of isopropylbenzene in the presence of a D-71 iron-chromium-potassium catalyst. A kinetic model of the process is proposed, including a staged scheme for the conversion of alkylbenzene and equations of the rates of the target and secondary reactions.
