Briefly summarized are conventional methods of mud losses elimination in the wells of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Saratov region and Prikaspiyskaya trough flange margin. Reviewed is a method of large fractures and caverns shutting-off by several permeable covers of different diameter, developed and implemented by VNIIBT. The process of caverned zone shutting-off on the lab stand is shown. It is noted, that method of lost circulation zones shutting-off in caverned intervals by several covers, in different modifications has been used in the wells of Aznakayevskoye Drilling Company in Tatarstan, in one well of Buzuluk Drilling Company in Orenburg oil region and in several wells of Saratov region. it is stated, that the right selection of unconventional mud losses elimination method, when there is no circular circulation during drilling, can reduce time for complications control.
