Fedorov and S.N. Hadjiev, Ministers of Oil Industry of the USSR N.A. Maltsev and L.D. Tchurilov, General Manadger of the largest in the USSR company <> V.I. Muravlenko, Academicians M.D. Millionschikov and A.A. Dorodnitsin.
