This paper addresses common and event-driven constraints which oil and gas production innovations have to face. It is believed feasible to integrate all innovation mechanisms into a common system which would not only consume all resources and hopes, but will also yield successful innovation projects. Analysis of tax benefits shows that some of them are insignificant, but other appear to be an intolerable burden.
