H-T Behavior of the Spin-Density-Wave Condensate in (TMTSF)(2)AsF6
We present the 16.5 GHz microwave dielectric response of (TMTSF)(2)AsF6 single crystals as a function of temperature and applied magnetic field (H parallel to c*). Following the evolution of small features in epsilon(1) and sigma(1) with temperature and field, we have generated an H-T diagram. The phase boundaries in this diagram seem to define changes in condensate behavior. Based upon the magnetic field dependence of the 3.5 K boundary, we conclude that this transition is not strongly driven by Fermi surface nesting considerations.
