Carrier mobility data have been obtained for photogenerated holes in Carbazole Modified Polysiloxanes (CMPs). The data reveal a complex dependence upon temperature and electric field which may be interpreted in terms of either trap free or trap limited hopping transport, with the former providing the more consistent parameters for a range of structurally similar materials.
