A system to analyse the continuous vulcanisation process is described. The system uses an process model and measured process values to calculate the temperature course in the product. By using temperature, state of cure is calculated. This allows analysis of the continuous vulcanisation process and the influence of process parameters and batch data to the products state of cure. das an example the results of the process analysis in an LCM vulcanisation unit and a hot air vulcanisation unit are shown.
