Restoration of the protons spatial distribution for different types ratios of the biological tissues
The technique for the data record simulation and reconstruction images in the magnetic resonance tomography device is proposed under condition of experimental points deviation from the regular grid positions in magnetic gradient K-space. The dependence of the reconstruction tomograms stability weighted by the spin density and relaxation times was investigated. A reconstruction quality estimation of three tomograms types for different characteristic of the signals deviations values from regular positions is obtained. As the example of real tomograms processing the deviations values are determined at which the informative nature of the reconstruction remains at a sufficient level.
