Maize and rice seeds were grinded in a five-disc mill for various angular speed configurations of grinding discs to develop a math. model of the emissivity of the grinder drive for biomass grinding for further energy use. The sustainable emissivity depended on the parameters controlling the drive of the mill and increased with the increase of the angular velocity gradient of the grinding discs.
