High-sensitivity and fast-response hydrogen sensor for safety application using Pt nanoparticle-decorated 3D graphene
In this study, we synthesized platinum (Pt) nanoparticles (NPs) loaded onto three-dimensional (3D) graphene for hydrogen (H-2) sensing using a polymer-assisted hydrothermal (HT) method. The highly porous Pt-3D graphene configuration was sufficiently stable to avoid collapsing during synthesis. It was then deposited onto a microheater to fabricate a H-2 sensor. The resulting H-2 sensor had high sensitivity, fast response/recovery, less hysteresis, and good linearity. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
