Determination of Molecular Orientation in Bi-analyte Mono-molecule Layer through Electrochemical Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering Measurements
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering measurements have been conducted using plasmonic dimer structures under electrochemical potential control. We have confirmed the potential dependence of the adsorption states of bi-analyte molecules on the metal surface. The effect of the molecular interaction has been successfully revealed through the correlation plots of SERS intensities of the specific vibrational bands. The present analysis provides detail information on the molecular behavior at the solid-liquid interface.
