Study on the detection of carbohydrate mixture system by nonlinear chemical fingerprint (NCF) method
Oscillation reaction in aq. soln. of H2SO4, NaBrO3, MnSO4 and glucose, sucrose (saccharose) or fructose was followed to acquire its nonlinear chem. oscillating map and det. the induction period, first cycle shape and oscillation life. The particular sugars used showed their fingerprint parameters and were recommended for practical use in chem. anal. for their differentiation.
