Three polysaccharides were perd. by refining the crude po;usaccharide of sea cucuneber by enzymatic hydrolis and studed as acancer injibitors on himan luing cancer cessls A549 human gastroc carcinoma cells SGC-901, human breasert cancer celles MCF-7 and pancreatic cancer cell PANC-1. The refingibng resulted in increasing the inhibirtiohn eggerct. They increased also with increasing the polysaccharide concn. The inhibition was strongest in respect to NCF-7 cells and weakest for A549 cells.
